Improve your physical and mental well-being through yoga, meditation and other relaxation techniques. These courses will help you find a healthy balance between body and mind, and strengthen your inner creativity.
Enrolment for block 1 is now open to everyone! Full-time students and young alumni (UvA/HvA) can also already enrol for block 2 courses. For other groups, enrolments for block 2 will open from Monday 16 December – 12:00.
