Affordable workspace in the CREA voorfabriek

Looking for an inspiring and affordable workspace for your student organisation? The CREA voorfabriek (the wing of the building above the CREA café) has various flexible workspaces, ideal for student initiatives. Spread over four floors, the front factory contains 23 spaces of different sizes for working and meeting, four pantries and a storage area. Here you work together with other organisations in a vibrant building with lots of facilities.

What does CREA offer?

With a workspace at CREA you can count on:

• Access to work and meeting rooms
• HD wifi everywhere
• Use of reception services
• Mailbox and postal address for your organisation
• Colour and A3 printers (from €0.05 per printout)
• Access to a storage cupboard
• Joint activities such as BBQs and drinks parties

You will find all this in a dynamic building with other student organisations, a cosy café and a music and theatre hall available for public activities. The ideal place to quickly make contact, share knowledge and start collaborations.

Costs and facilities

To best support student organisations, CREA charges only €145.20 per academic year (for 2024-2025). For this you get:

• 50 hours of free space use in the CREA Voorfabriek
• 3 free general member meetings (ALVs) in the Voorfabriek
• Use of a mailbox and mailing address
• Access to a small storage cupboard

If your organisation wants to use the spaces for more than 50 hours, you can do so for €1 per hour per additional space.

Application form

Workspaces are reallocated every academic year. Apply now for 2024-2025 by filling in the application form. The deadline for this year was 15 June 2024, but there are still some spots available! You can still apply until 1 October 2024.

Within two weeks of your application, you will hear from CREA whether your organisation will be allocated a workspace.
