During this 5-week course, you will learn various poses that strengthen your core and flexibility, perfect for developing balance and good posture. By looking at the basics of yoga, and combining strength and flexibility, you will create long, strong muscles and prevent injuries such as lower back pain.
What will you be doing?
The course is not only physically, but also mentally refreshing. Breathing techniques and a calming meditation are part of each session. You will also delve into the background of yoga. Ideal for beginners, thanks to the gentle pace and clear repetitions in which you are given the space to slowly build something up over 5 weeks. We also share some yoga theory and philosophy for a deeper experience.
