During this course, modern & contemporary dance come together with elements of physical theatre. You are taken through an artistic creation process that eventually leads to a performance. There is plenty of room for personal feedback and strengthening your authentic expression. The theme of the performance emerges gradually, based on the group and the inspiration of the moment. A nice surprise!
What will you be doing?
You will dive into an artistic creation process with the final goal of a presentation during the MIC presentation moment (Made in CREA). Each class starts with a warm-up, followed by creative assignments through which you develop your own dance and theatre elements in co-creation. You also learn choreography and work on aspects such as stage presence, intention and dramaturgy.
By playing with the collected material, together we build a lively, engaging and expressive performance in which everyone has a unique role.
