Ellis van der Does

Ellis D (Ellis van der Does) works as an illustrator + animator. When you take a trip into ‘illustration wonderland’ with her, you enter a 2D universe full of bright colours and different textures. Ellis’ style is clear and she often combines different existing shapes to create a new story. Social themes, such as mental health and the search for happiness, feature regularly in her work.

Ellis completed a BA in Illustration at the HKU in Utrecht and a MA in Graphic Design Communication at Chelsea College of Art and Design in London. She works for various clients and on her own work.
