enrolment & closing dates
You can enrol for our summer courses from the moment the summer courses are published on our website until the start of the course. Unless the course is already full or does not have enough participants to take place (read ‘Minimum number of participants & cancellation’ below). You can register via our website (payment via iDeal) or at the course registration office in the CREA building.
The basic conditions CREA courses and price categories apply here. For summer courses, there is no priority rule for students and young alumni. Application for summer courses at CREA is open to anyone over the age of 18 (or if you turn 18 in season 2023-2024).
You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your course registration. About a week and a half before the start of the course, you will receive a final confirmation e-mail about the continuation of the course and more information about the start of the course.
It is not possible to make reservations, but if you have any doubts, you can cancel or change courses up to two weeks before the start by sending an email to email@example.com.
minimum number of participants & cancellation
Enrolment is possible until the last minute, as long as there is still availability. But for a summer course to go through, a minimum number of participants is required. This varies per course.
Two weeks before the start of the course, a decision will be made on whether to go ahead based on the number of participants. We advise you to enrol well in advance, but at least two weeks before the start of the course. If you wait until the last minute to enrol, the course you had in mind may not take place. Or: also a pity, it is already full.
Is your course cancelled? Then we will inform you in good time.
Places for summer courses are limited. Is a course full? Then you can register for the waiting list. The enrolment button automatically changes into a waiting list button as soon as the course is full. You will then receive an e-mail as soon as a place becomes available. But please note: this is no guarantee that there will be room and everyone on the waiting list will be notified at the same time.
On course days, there will be time to have lunch and get some fresh air. You can bring your own packed lunch, get some at the supermarket around the corner or have lunch at the CREA café or a nearby place.

A summer week course lasts from Monday to Friday.
