In this one-day course, we will work on making our own polyphonic arrangements of existing songs! Without instrumental accompaniment, we will make music with just our voices.
What will we be doing?
We’ll start the day with an introduction and warm-up, then explore how to create polyphony using vocal exercises and arranging assignments in groups, and finally work in groups based on your preferences on a longer assignment around a polyphonic song which we’ll play to each other to close the day.
