Improv Theatre: Intermediate
During this course, you will continue with the principles you learnt in the beginners: trusting your first impulse, being in the here and now and daring to put yourself at risk.
What will you be doing?
The various acting techniques will be honed and further work will be done on building different types and characters. Putting down the who, what and where becomes more natural so you can start creating more narrative scenes.
As with the beginners’ course, the commitment is always positive and a good warm-up will get you out of your head to play nicely in the moment.

Entry level
This course is intended only for those who have already taken an improvisational theatre (formerly theatresport) course at CREA or have had at least six months of (improvisational) acting lessons elsewhere as adults. Have you done a summer course in Improv Theatre? Then you can enrol for Improv Theatre: Beginner.
Course schedule
This is a 10-week CREA course.
Course sessions take place weekly on the same day and time. Lessons that do not take place due to holidays, course-free periods or due to illness of the lecturer will be caught up at the end. So please note that a course may be extended by several weeks.

Made in CREA: LIVE
During this course, you will potentially work towards a final presentation as part of Made in CREA: LIVE, where several courses come together for a festive course block finale! Participation in the presentations is not mandatory.
