Musical Improv Theatre

Have you ever seen improv shows where an actor suddenly bursts into singing as if it were the easiest thing in the world? Do you sing when you feel happy and feel happy as soon as you start singing? Do you love the energy that musical shows exude? Then this course is for you!
There is no better place to sing than on stage or in a rehearsal room with your fellow improvisers, and the best part is: anyone can sing in improvisation! It does help if you can keep a rhythm and it’s important that you enjoy singing, even if it’s just singing in the shower.
 
What will you be doing?
During this course, you will work on your improvisation skills to amaze audiences. Learn song structures, presentation, rhyme and harmony and how to spontaneously create a song with your peers. You will sing and work on expanding our improvisation with songs, accompanied by a live pianist. You will practise rhyme and rhythm, song structures and harmony, and learn that having a great voice is not important at all. Self-confidence is all about fake it till you make it. And most of all, you will have fun, regain your energy and discover your self-confidence!
