Let op: deze cursus wordt in het Engels gegeven.
Please note: For day courses, registrations close at 12:00 four days before the start of the course. So please, make sure to register ASAP!
This daycourse focusses on two things:
-
Hosting a show and explaining the formats to the audience
-
Interacting with the audience before and during improv games.
Our audiences love being involved in our improv shows. For some games we interview them, in other games we invite them on stage.
What will we be doing?
Today we work on how we approach our audience. We’ll learn how to welcome the audience at the start of the show, how to set the mood, how to make a great run list, and how to present our variety of games to them. What do we explain, why, and how? Which games do we play, why, and in what sequence? How do you make people comfortable to answer questions or join us on stage? How do you create an interesting interview, what do you ask, how do you react?
After this lesson, you’ll have a better understanding of what our audience wants and needs and how to give them the best experience in our improv shows.
