What will you be doing?
Within the ‘Choreographic toolbox’ you will learn basic principles that help you to create a choreography by learning the basics of choreology, the understanding of movement. You will grow your freedom to improvise with movement, understand choreographic principles and learn playful ways to co-create dance. If you want to embark on a choreographic creation process by collaborating with other students, learning tools and hacks around how to look at movement, and finally showcase together, then you found the right course!

About the teacher
Anastasia Kostner is a professional dance maker and performer with experience from Austria, Italy, London and The Netherlands and is excited to share her interactive teaching method within the Choreographic toolbox course. The goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and creativity, fostering a deeper appreciation for the language of movement.
