During this course, you will work on making the forefoot strong and technical exercises and small choreographies will be rehearsed. We start with a warm-up at the barre. From there, skills are developed in the middle. Finally, we work towards performing several small dance variations.

The pointe course is intended for students who have had a foundation in pointe technique for at least 2-3 years. It is advisable to enrol in a Classical Ballet: intermediate or intermediate/advanced course in addition to the pointe course.
For this class you will need your own pointe shoes. Wear close-fitting clothes so the teacher can see what personal directions are needed for you.
This is a 10-week CREA course.
Course sessions take place weekly on the same day and time. Lessons that do not take place due to holidays, course-free periods or due to illness of the lecturer will be caught up at the end. So please note that a course may be extended by several weeks.
