What will you be doing?
You will first be learning a series of consecutive movements of the short form of Cheng Man Ch´ing (Yang style).
You will be practicing the motions-for as much as you are able to-together in a ?flow? and as ?standing posture," with each movement being carried out as serenely and correctly as possible. You will be receiving instructions within the so-called form-correction and during the learning of the new movements, which shall lead to the complete form of 37 movements.
