Do you want to learn how to sing and perform a musical number, and also want to find new challenges in this? Then this course is for you!
Together, we look at how you stand on a stage and what you need in terms of singing technique and acting to sound like a musical star.
What will we be doing?
We work towards a final presentation. You will work one-on-one with the teacher on a self-chosen solo number and as a group we study a multi-voiced ensemble number and choreography. During the lessons, we also work on acting through playing exercises, improvisations and attention to text handling.
The final lesson of this course will take place around the presentation weekend in the form of a technical rehearsal for the presentations, you get to experience everything you’ve practiced in the weeks prior in a real stage setting!
Each course participant is given a personal approach, enabling you to show and hear something that makes you shine on stage!
