What happens when we surrender to gravity? This course explores the connection between dance and the body’s connective tissue, guiding you toward a deeper understanding of yourself through physical structure and a playful, organic way of moving. You’ll be invited into a process that bridges movement, creativity and well-being.
What will you be doing?
Through a somatic approach (meaning: relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind) you’ll be guided into movement beyond habitual patterns. You’ll learn to trust your body’s natural intelligence, unlocking new ways to move and express yourself.
Each session starts with grounding exercises to tune into physical and mental presence. From there, we gradually expand into space through guided improvisation and movement-based tasks. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to your body’s needs, and explore new pathways in motion.
The course includes moments of sharing and reflection, offering space for integration, connection and personal insight.
