Simone de Jong
Bio:
Simone de Jong is director, writer and teacher. She has had her own youth theater company since 2015, with which she tours through the Netherlands and abroad and performed at the Theater Festival in 2018 and 2019. She teaches children and professionals in mime, improvisation and musical theater. She has been schooled at the Mime-institute, and at the Academie voor Kleinkunst (both at the AHK).She further has studied under Lorna Marshall, the acting coach in London. She has taught at the Orkater, the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, the Lak, Kindertoneel Westerpark, Buitenkunst and at international festivals.
