Photo manipulation dates back to the invention of photography self. Henry Peach Robinson in 1858 become known for his pioneering combination printing. The term photomontage was coined by the dadaists that in 1915 used this technique for their protests against the First World War. Quickly adopted by the surrealists as well, photomontage became a popular modern form of art.
During this day course, you will learn the history of photo manipulation, composition techniques and color theories to create intriguing analogue multi-techniques photomontage and photo collage.
