What will we be doing?
In this course for beginners, you learn step by step how to design your own logo.
It is important that at the start of the course you have an idea of who or what you want to create a logo for.
We start with the basics in Illustrator. Then we will make sketches for the logo and digitize them in Illustrator. You will also learn everything about logo design, typography and use of colour. At the end of the course, you have your own vector logo that you can use both digitally and for print!

This is a basic course. You do not have to have worked with Illustrator, but you are expected to be able to work with an Apple or Windows computer.
During the lessons you will be working with Adobe Illustrator CC on a Mac. To get the most out of the course, regular practice is important. It is therefore useful to download the software onto your computer by purchasing a licence from Surfspot or from Adobe.
