Choreography dance intensive

Choreography Dance Intensive is a week filled with exciting dancing and creating dances together. To find your own expression, we will play with dance material inspired by a different intention every day. Using your imagination collectively and individually (working alone and in smaller and bigger groups), you get to learn some useful techniques of composition. You can expect to both dance your heart out and enjoy being creative while you’re at it!
 
What will you be doing?
In this choreographic playground you taste different modern and contemporary dance techniques, improvisations and interesting movement investigations. Sandra offers inspiring artistic insights and individual guidance to expand your personal creativity and broaden the understanding of movement, dance, and performance. In this open and stimulating environment you can experiment with your own dance ideas and enjoy being both the dancer and choreographer in one.
