What will you be doing?
You will first be learning a series of consecutive movements of the short form of Cheng Man Ch’ing (Yang style). You will be practicing the motions—for as much as you are able to—together in a ‘flow’ and as ‘standing posture’, with each movement being carried out as serenely and correctly as possible. You will receive instructions within the so-called ‘form-correction’ and during the learning process of the new movements, which shall lead to the complete form of 37 movements.
