You will work on strengthening the front part of the foot in addition to learning technical exercises and small choreographies. We will commence with warm-ups at the barre. From there on out you will develop skills in the middle of the room. Eventually we will work towards executing a number off small dance variations.

This pointe course is aimed at students that have been practicing with pointe shoe techniques for at least two to three years. It is advisable to additionally sign up for the course of Classical Ballet II or III.
For this course you will need to bring your personal pointe shoes and wear garments in which the body is clearly visible.
