A six-week journey into meditation and self-exploration
Meditation can help us relax, calm our body and mind and energize us. But actually sitting down to meditate can be challenging when you also have deadlines coming up, work to do and other obligations demanding your attention.
This course is here to help you reserve time for yourself. To connect with your body, emotions and needs. In a playful way we will explore different kinds of meditations and tune into our inner wisdom. From the comfort of your own home you are invited to come as you are. Prepare your favorite tea, put on some comfy clothes and join me and the other participants on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation.
How will we work?
Each week we explore different types and topics of meditation, such as grounding, body scan, rhythmical breathing, inner child work and self-love. We start each session with a check-in, followed by an introduction to the meditation and then you can lie down, or remain seated, and enjoy the guided meditation. At the end there is space to share your experiences.
This is an online course that takes place on zoom.
