A six-week journey into meditation and self-exploration
This course is designed to playfully and lovingly put you in touch with your inner world, as we practice prioritizing the voice within together. Packed with helpful tools and meditations, the program is set up to support you wherever you are. With live sessions ánd pre-recorded meditative journeys, you can adapt the program to your circumstances and draw from the support of the collective in our private Facebook group.
Each week we work towards bringing more softness and kindness into your life. We develop resilience towards outer circumstances and practice tending to our own inner garden so we may move in a healthy and nourishing environment.
Regularly practicing meditation will help you develop, enhance and trust your intuitive abilities and awareness of self. Some of the themes we dive into are acceptance, feeling your feelings, loving kindness, grounding,heart energy, forgiveness, and boundaries. This course is for you if you want to feel more alive, more empowered and more confident,regardless of what life gives you.
How will we work?
Each class we explore a theme through meditation, self awareness exercises and reflection. In six weeks time, we will work towards building a softer and more loving connection with ourselves. On top of the weekly live sessions, you get access to pre-recorded sessions to support your process!
