At the weekly Wednesday meditations, we, a team of four experienced body-mind meditation teachers, offer a space where you can relax your mind, connect with your body, and meet like-minded people. While the benefits of meditations are well-known, just sitting on a pillow trying to quiet your thoughts can be challenging and even frustrating. The goal of the weekly meditation sessions is to experience relaxation in a fun and playful way.
Each teacher has a unique approach and uses different techniques, but all sessions offer ways to experience the benefits of meditation providing you with tools that you can use throughout your daily life.
