Meditation Sessions Live at the Roeterseiland Campus
Student life can be quite busy and stressful. If you are looking for some relaxation in between lectures, seminars and exams, come to our Wednesday meditation session at 12 p.m. every other week at CREA.
Each session we will do something different but the goal is to create space for yourself, to move from your head into your body and to connect to your inner voice.
You can join each session individually. No prior experience necessary.
